The question should be what does Serbia intend to do when Kosovo arrests the Serbian List party leaders who call for implementing ZSO illegally? What will Serbia do when that happens? The answer is a big "NOTHING".

I think the PM forgot that the agreement states that Paragraph 14 provides that "neither side will block, or encourage others to block, the other side's progress in their respective EU paths". So this meeting is to the benefit of their progress towards the EU.

Are politicians forgetting what they agreed to? Forgot she wasn't there.
