You're a regular here. And you do recall the Kosovo/a court deemed some of the aspects of the agreement unconstitutional. Same as asking you to accept Kosovo/a as a country but you can't because it is in Serbia's constitution.
Ironic how a politician starts the havoc, gets personally humiliated, blames Kosovo/a as being war driven, when he and the Serbian government have been purchasing and accepting modern weapons from mother Russia. Serbia is under no threat from invasion by any of the EU countries, Bosnians, Macedonians, or Albanians.
The Serbian government is upset bc the western world told the PM that he will have to accept reality and to move forward but he needs time and to grandstand so that he doesn't look weak. Every politician in power is blaming others, even past parties that were in power.
Again, Kosovo/a Serbs have never been afraid of Albanians there. Oliver Ivanovic (may he RIP and God protect his family) clearly said so before being murdered.
Vucic wants to settle this with Albanians and not with a 3rd party (EU). Unfortunately his friends in the west have told him times up. Serbia's govt. asked for 20 years to settle the question of Kosovo/a and now the west is asking they settle it with no more extensions.

Kosovo will never be allowed to have a military. (They already have a military. They even had one during the Kosovo conflict. UCK)
Serbia will have return to parliament, Kosovo will have autonomy but remain in Serbia’s constitution.
When the Serbian State develops the mettle required to prosecute those paramilitaries for the war crime's of yesteryear and compensate ALL the victims equally of the looting burning rape and pillage of their villages and pay reparations. Then we'll talk. Until then. So long.

Once we have the ZSO they know we will start to gain more and more powers and in no way whatsoever they will get a UN seat not join the EU.
Once we establish institutions again, their grip will be weakened. This is clear as day.
The ZSO will be closely aligned with Belgrade and eventually we will start processing cases to return Serbs. This is a lengthy process but gradually our grip gets stronger.
