It doesn’t matter who will be US Secretary of State, the US will continue to view Serbia as the enemy.
(US Diplomat (retired), 25 March 2018 20:58)

As a Saudi diplomat said recently you don't know what is more difficult, being an enemy or friend of the US. Its all the same. However, one thing I do know and that is that the US is full of s***. On or about 15 January 2018 the US was $20 trillion in debt, but today aka two and a half months later its $20.8 trillion in debt. So at this rate by December it will be $22 trillion and you talk about the US as if it matters any more. It does not.

Yeah, and the media was correct. US and Russia already possess the capability to destroy each other more than once, so developing the capability to destroy the adversary several more times is just a waste of money.

But then the Russians announced to significantly drcrease their military spending, and that let the western Media turn silent quite quickly.

It looks like the US are not in the Position anymore to dictate and force their will upon others if there is other Powers to support them.

Welcome to the multipolar world, Mark.

I am the worst Russian and the worst of Jews because I answer you not with one, but with a SERIES of questions. You know... the Russians are bad, the Jews are even worse.
The worst are the Russian Jews from Odessa.

So here they are (in Odessite sense, even that I am not from Odessa, only the *** real *** Rocky AKA Silvester Stallone)

1) How many VM-s you have installed on your computer?

2) What kind of VM you have?

(I.e. Parallels, VirtualBox, VMWare)

3) Now many VPN-s you use so B92 can't even trace back all your nicks, all have a different IP address (and even a different machine showing up!)

4) How much time you spend daily on B92 and how you can afford all that?

5) With all that technical knowledge (and I bow to your LaTex skills, too!) you should have a good paying job... Or do you have difficulties with interview process?

I am asking because the interview process went from bad to worse and a lot of things are to blame. What is your opinion?

These are the questions.

USA Stands With Albanians

pre 6 godina

I think appointing Bolton is horrible for the entire world. With that said, he mentioned in an interview a long time ago that the US has too many problems in the world that are more important than Kosova. Yes, he did say Kosova gaining independence isn’t the right move, but he is realistic and knows it’s a done deal now. Don’t expect anything to change with regard to US policy in the Balkans. However, Bolton is anti Russia, don’t be surprised if he sees the Balkans as a great theater to flex US muscle in an effort to pushback at Russia. The US knows Russia is actively working to undermine US influence in the Balkans, the counter to that is increased US influence and that influence can come in many ways such as NATO memebership and or undermining Russia’s interest in Kosova.

Don’t count your chickens until they hatch. Serbian Snowflakes jumped up and down with joy when Trump was elected and he delivered alright, he delivered NATO membership to Montenegro and is offering membership to Macedonia. Just recently the US said they wouldn’t stand in the way of Kosova forming an Army.

Ari Gold

pre 6 godina

It's true that while John Bolton has advocated for some pretty unpopular military interventions, aggression on Serbia was not one of them. Also, it is true that Bolton was vehemently opposed to recognizing Serbia's southern province Kosovo-Metohija as an independent country.

Bolton is also very close with, and wrote the forward to Pamela Geller's new book Fatwa. Geller was one of Serbia's most strongest supporters in the 1990s from the wars in Bosnia/Croatia, to NATO aggression in 1999. She continues to support Serbia to this day.

Doubt that will be enough to change flawed American policy in the Balkans. But these things are worth noting.

Black Hand

Of course he has. That was 10 years ago, many things have changed since. His predictions about chaos and destabilization in the Balcans following Kosovo's independence were proven wrong, so he has rationally changed his mind. Kosovo is a closed deal for the US administration; don't expect anybody to open closed deals. All he could do about that is pushing for a Kosovo-Crimea swap with Trumps good friend Vlad. That's a really cheap bargain between such people like those two. But I'not sure he ever has thought about Kosovo since then.

Better Dacic (and all of us) worry about what he's thinking about Iran. Dacic should ask himself twice about that: as a Russophile and as the FM of a future EU-country.

For other people that's a bad sign.
(Reader, 23 March 2018 13:08)

Reader, this is an EU issue, not the US. I get that the US has its hand up everyones ass, but I think recent changes on the global scene are lessening US's influence in the area. This is in Europe's backyard and the benefits and consequences will affect the regions, not Alabama, and Illinois.

On or about 15 January 2018 the US was $20 trillion in debt, but today aka two and a half months later its $20.8 trillion in debt. So at this rate by December it will be $22 trillion and you talk about the US as if it matters any more. It does not.

POOR SERBIA

pre 6 godina

You're so desperate to find a friend in the white house, and you think John Bolton whom majority of U.S. citizens have no clue who he is. A former Fox News analyst, who may not be around for too long, you think his opinion will contribute to solving Kosovo issue in your favor against the deep state of U.S. Department?

Serbia needs a change, a real good change of outdated, incapable, and misinformed current politicians ASAP.

sj

Who cares what john Bolton thinks about Serbia. At the rate Trump is going through his staff Bolton will be around for a couple of weeks and gone.

John Bolton is a hawk, chicken hawk to be precise. He was one of many hard liners that led the US into the disastrous war in Iraq. Who is next on the list? Paul Wolfowitz or maybe Rumsfeld?

Reader

pre 6 godina

@“kla” - you’re right, in politics everything is possible... for instance, how does this apple-dumpling gang of bandits go from terrorist group to “freedom fighters” overnight?
U explain that and I’ll explain Dacic doing exactly what a FM is supposed to do...
Now get back behind America’s skirt and let the adults talk!

Sure, I am not a Serb - but I feel to be your closest friend.
Before I start in detail, as a very good friend of you I, too, have some question.

It is a very bad habit of Russian Jews to answer a question with a question.

It was hilarious to see how exalted Sesejl and Serbian fascists were when Trump got elected. And now this Bolton guy.

It is very funny though. When Kosovo status depended on US decisions Serb officials kept visiting Moscow.

Now that Kosovo future depends on EU they keep visiting Washington.

No wonder they keep declaring 5:0 victories then keep whining for giving everything and gaining nothing.

Reader, this is an EU issue, not the US. I get that the US has its hand up everyones ass, but I think recent changes on the global scene are lessening US's influence in the area. This is in Europe's backyard and the benefits and consequences will affect the regions, not Alabama, and Illinois.

After the Russians announced their new weaponry, western Media told us that it is just a Bluff
(Jovan, 25 March 2018 09:54)

Yeah, and the media was correct. US and Russia already possess the capability to destroy each other more than once, so developing the capability to destroy the adversary several more times is just a waste of money.

I wouldn't bet on it if I were you, Mark!

You don't seem to have noticed the geopolitical changes recently.

After the Russians announced their new weaponry, western Media told us that it is just a Bluff and thesenewly developed weapons not realistic.
But then the Russians announced to significantly drcrease their military spending, and that let the western Media turn silent quite quickly.

It looks like the US are not in the Position anymore to dictate and force their will upon others if there is other Powers to support them.

Welcome to the multipolar world, Mark.

Bad for the greater albanian Dreamers, but good for the average american citizen, for sure!

Let's just see what future brings! :)
