The opposition Democratic League of Kosovo said at a press conference that Kosovo President Hashim Thaci had no mandate to negotiate with Belgrade.
Neither does Vucic have a mandate to negotiate with Pristina.

Vucic does have a mandate to negotiate. He won a Presidential election recently plus his party holds the most seats in parliament. In addition, the Serbian parliament agrees with these negotiations and opposition leaders are briefed on the out progress of these negotiations.
The real problem is that your Thaci is not supported by your parliament in Pristina and he is keeping many of the things he signed a secret because he is being pushed into it by the EU facilitators.
