Does any Albanian truly believe that there would be daily meetings, sometimes secret, between SVJ and Kfor with intelligence sharing if Kosovo

whith no drama that Dacic is pushing here, ZSO is as follows as per 2013 agreement:

1. There will be an Association/Community of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo. Membership will be open to any other municipalities provided the members are in agreement.

2. The Community/Association will be created by statute. Its dissolution shall only take place by a decision of the participating municipalities. Legal guarantees will be provided by applicable law and constitutional law (including 2/3 majority rule).

3. The structures of the Association/Community will be established on the same basis as the existing statute of the Association of Kosovo municipalities e.g. President, vice President, Assembly, Council.

4. In accordance with the competences given by the European Charter of Local Self Government and Kosovo law.

Hence: Key here is Kosovo Law and as per that law which Serbia agreed to create ZSO has to fall in line as per the last ruling of the Constitutional court of Kosovo as per point #2 and Kosovo Law point #4.

No one forced Dacic to sign it based on Kosovo law!

The alternative option is war.

The Brussels Agreement was signed by the highest officials from Pristina and they would have known what they were signing. Thaci did not turn up alone during these talks; he would have had political and legal advisers.

The Brussels Agreement is just that; once signed off Daci or Vucic don’t give a hoot how its brought about. What it requires is an act of parliament in Pristina to remedy the issue and it’s just this your Albos want to avoid.

The problem is that they signed it thinking it will be ignored and all will wash away since the US is backing them. Just like the special court, when your Albos tried to abolish it???? What did your friends say? Do it at your own peril.

Actually no one cares what the Albanians want or don’t want. The EU want this settled in accord with the Brussels Agreement. Thaci signed it and it’s over.

The last thing the EU wants is for Serbs to rip up the agreement on the grounds it will not be implemented then try and start all over again.

The EU, Vucic, Dacic, or Santa Clause do not care what the law in Kosovo says. The people in charge in Kosovo must implement the agreement and if that means changing the law then so be it.

It’s going to happen whether they like it or not.

The delay is due to few things:

#1. They do not have the numbers as Vetvendosje pushed through and has 32 Seats.
#2. They will approve this together with Kosovo Army only way to be simpler to swallow for Kosovo Albanians/look we got this. This is why Vucic and Nikolic kept saying no Kosovo Army will go North for 15year.

Also when they tried to pass it Constitution court gave its opinion and this is next step. I think this is part of larger agreement that Vucic is talking Albanians can not win everything, Kosovo is not all ours etc.

lets wait and see in coming days there are many agreements before 2013 that have not been implemented just FYI, Electrical Grid I think and also made changes to car driver plates.

In my opinion, it will happen in 2019 after the major indictment from the special court and the noise dies down.

EU is making it clear to Ballkan nations that they have to finish their problems with their borders because you can't join the EU when you have problems with your neighbors. All Ballkan countries have problems with their borders . So if we want to join EU then we have to solve these issues. After all we all are going to be part of one country EU.So if you want to join EU solve this problems or forget about it and don't wast peoples time .
