That bitter pill that has been promised for a long time will never eventuate. Meanwhile your western buddies have screwed the Albos over so many times it’s not funny. They forced you to sign off on the Brussels agreement literally signing away your so called independence, but Albos being still ever hopeful it will turn around, and so you wait on the front doorstep of the US embassy like a faithful dog when every now and then out comes master only to kick you in the guts LOL.
The ambassador is only pissing in your pockets and nothing more. Makes you feel good in-between the kicks LOL. The ambassador does not make those decisions plus Piss and Wind needs to woo Serbia away from Russia.

You have covered it well. The US handed over Kosovo to the EU a long time ago and Washington was never part of any negotiations. Its not going to be part of any future negotiations either. The US Ambassador is only trying to show support to their allies while behind closed doors he is pushing them to negotiate.
Plus, its Tillerson who makes decisions on joining negotiations not the Ambassador. Rex knows if he does that the Lavrov gets involved.

I agree with SJ. This is just hot air. Delawie claims contributions related to collection of customs duties, and integration of the judiciary in the north, but from what I remember, the US wasn't directly in those negotiations. Delawie is saying that they are encouraging both side to compromise on the issues behind the scenes, which is different that what Thaci and Hardinaj want, but won't happen. We want you to solve your own problems and we will support compromises is what is happening here. He really said nothing new and wasted time doing it.
