A political storm in Vienna caused by the Austrian vice-chancellor's statement that <a href="https://www.b92.net/eng/news/world.php?yyyy=2018&mm=02&dd=12&nav_id=103466" class="text-link" target= "_blank">Kosovo is a part of Serbia</a> is not dying down, Tanjug is reporting.

"Serb radicals" DID NOT assassinate Archduke Ferdinand. It was a group called Young Bosnia which had other ethnic members as well. It just so happened that a Serb fired the fatal shot but there was another man waiting to take the same shot nearby if this one failed.
It had nothing to do with Serbia at all. You see "Young Bosnia, Mlada Bosna" was not associated with Serbia.
If you want to get technical, Bosnians did it but the blame was placed on Serbia because it served a purpose.
