Some of you who wrote a comments regarding Agrokor are badly misinformed with the Croatian retail Agrokor. Serbia dosen't need Agrokor. as much as the Croats. Croats are in need of quality cheap Serbian Produce in order to Manage Agrokor. Serbia have other supermarkets to sell their produce to such as Coca cola, LIDI Aman Gomex Schwarz, Agrokor. is Just another company which Serbian Farmers used to deal with No Big Loss to Serbia,

BUT it is a Big Loss to Croatia some 60,000 jobs are on the Line. most of that will effect Croatia which means Recession for Croatia again. That Country is in it's infancy 17 years old country. Croats have great deal to learn how to manage a working Country and that always seems to Upset the EU due to the Croatian lack of in-depth experience. The lack of the established important Croatian institutions is another Croatian weakness. As the EU is breaking up I see Croatia Depending more and more on Serbia for Economic help and support.

Most of the media reports that he is looking to purchase the Serbian assets, no doubt under political pressure from Belgrade. This will prevent the bankruptcy administrator from possibly liquidating them during the process in order to save the assets in Croatia. BiH and Slovenian assets are in the same position.

You cannot liquidate something you don't own. Can I sell off your house? The administrator would be well aware of who owns what and he will liquidate the Croat portion.

This is a fire sale opportunity and Kostic would be foolish to pass it by. You government is petrified that the Croat part will collapse and it will have to prop it up or thousands will lose their jobs.

Actually its not a bad idea to buy Agrocor in Croatia. Why? simply because after a restructure the administrative parts can be relocated to Serbia while the rest can be run from Belgrade. This is not investment, but more of the start of pay back plus Kostic makes a lots of Euros.

Kostic, who was in Zagreb along with other Serbian business people during President Aleksandar Vucic's official visit, also announced more investments in Croatia, and remarked that better political relations would result in more Serbian tourists choose Croatia as their destination.

This is exactly a good example why Srbija continues the path of isolation ! What good is it for any ORDINARY Serb having any thing to do with Croatia ? The Rich Serbs will not and have not shed a drop of blood nor a tear drop when Christian Eastern Orthodox throats are cut by Nazi Ustase. Why must the few dirty rich Serbian Mafia rule over all of Srbija ? So will it be like Montenegro and Djukanovic pulling all the strings ? I don't know nor do I understand what Vucic is doing today in Ustasa land ???
