Maybe the law only applies to "insignificant" countries like the fragments of Yugoslavia but it's very clear it doesn't apply to the west.
Remember illegal secession of Croatia, Bosnia and then "Kosova"? Serbs were constitutional people in Croatia and legally they had a say in what happens. As it turns out the only right they had was to get out of Croatia and leave their assets behind never to be compensated.
Is this the law that Serbia will have to abide by?
Same in Bosnia. Serbs had a say in what happens to that little offshoot of Yugoslavia but nobody cared. All they had was the right to be bombed into giving up on Sarajevo.
Let's talk about legalities of Kosovo.
Again, Serbs had no say in whether Kosovo separates. All they had a say in was where and how to take shelter while the west bombed them ILLEGALLY.
So how dare they give us legally binding anything when we are the only ones being bound by that law.

That is exactly the paragraph that got my attention.
You can call it a binding agreement but as the old saying goes "the devil is in the details".

When the agreement is made and Serbia becomes a EU member all desires to include parts of Croatia, BiH and Kosovo into a Serb state will be done forever since Serbia will have to abide by EU norms and standards.

What I think will cause a major problem for Serbia is when it has to join other EU countries and put sanctions on Russia. That is when we will see if Serbia's heart is really with joining the EU or if it is just going through the motions.

Spain is a broken country anyway. They can't recognise Kosovo and have issues with Basques or Catalonia.

As an Albanian, I hope whole Balkan gets in EU so we can be free and can move around.

Hopefully Serbia understands that Kosovo is not lost or won. Being in EU means like being in old Yugoslavia.
