DEDA, or is your name Dodo, I have news for you: The EU did not exist in 1914. However, Milosevic was given 31 "deadlines" by NATO, concerning Kosova during 1998-1999. We all know how that turned out for Serbia.
All-Serbian referendum includin Kraina and Bosna will be the best respond. The later it is held the betterr. It will give time for Russia, China, Turkey ect. to make their proposals too ...

The injustice and humiliation is hard to endure. We have seen worse.
Roll with the punches, try and appeal to those who would like a sustainable long term solution.
Brussels has categorically stated that Pristina must a) implement the Serb municipalities, b) must ratify the border agreement with Montenegro and c) must support the war crimes court in the Hague.
It is refusing all three.
Yet we are to believe that Pristina can just 'wait it out'.
Bizarre.

- Remove all pretexts from territorial claims of all my neighbors
- Remove all mentions of Kosovo from constitution, including its people, resources, etc
- Recognize all its institutions and do agree to communicate and cooperate on all matters
- Abolish all parallel institutions and fundings
- Stop preventing ROK from joining all international institutions
- Stop interfering in Kosovo's internal affairs such as armies, elections, etc
in return,
I, ___________ prime minister of Republic of Kosovo agree to:
- Not to prevent the work of the Constitutional Court's Special Chamber
- Not to prevent Serbia's joining different international institutions
- Creating the Association of communities in accordance with Constitution
- Encourage law enforcers to find and punish crimes against all minorities

That is exactly what is happening now. The Serbian government is trying to show itself as being tough and a defender of the Serb people with tough talk being thrown at Croatia. Hoping Croatia will respond so as to distract the people from what is being negotiated with Kosovo.
The Albanians in Kosovo just have to play it cool, show small movement and slowly run out the clock while the Serbian people focus their attention on Croatia. The next thing you know there will be deal which will be put to a referendum and thereby seal the future of Serbia’s relationship with the EU and Kosovo for the better or worse.

Not before Albania loses Skadar, Northern Epiros, Mala Prespa, and is forced to apologize for destabilizing the entire Balkan region for more than a century with their expansionism and poor grammar skills :)

What about substantial progress of Serbia? Serbia will never recognize Kosovo. These talks will prove to be meaningless after nothing is achieved.
Serbia should do very little to expedite the the kosovo solution as its not their problem in a way. EU created the banana republic and now wants to wash its hands clean by knee jerking a solution into place.
Serbia could have lost Vojvodina, Nis & sandjak, and Preshevo & bujanovc as well!!!
