Even though this is very good news, I don't have much faith that the proceeding will yield many sentences. This could be an attempt to appease Serbia, but unlikely that it will be unbiased. The good thing is that the Clinton's and their cronies are out of the picture, and there is less support from the West to sway the proceedings. I do not have much hope for anything initiated by the US because it is always to the demise of the Serbs therefore, I reserve any positive outcome regarding this court. The Serbs were tried in the US dominated court in the Hague. The KLA will be tried in Pristina. If convicted, and that is a big if, they will be sentenced and serve some small sentence in Pristina under albo authorities. Why not make it fair and go with the Russian proposal? Why is the US using the Russian proposal as a threat against the albos is even a bigger question? Bottom line: Whenever the US is overlooking, controlling, sponsoring, initiating, etc.., it is never good for the Serbs.

I don't have much faith in the court either. So far Albanian war criminals have managed to either silence, murder (even abroad) or force witnesses to recant their testimony in other cases causing them to collapse.

Even though this is very good news, I don't have much faith that the proceeding will yield many sentences. This could be an attempt to appease Serbia, but unlikely that it will be unbiased. The good thing is that the Clinton's and their cronies are out of the picture, and there is less support from the West to sway the proceedings. I hope there's some atonement forthcoming for these murders hiding under the guise of politicians.
