The verdict on Mladic is justified. One child or 8000 makes no difference. Difficult to say how wrong the Patrarch, friend of the Karic family is. This was an individual on trial. Mladic is guilty of genocide, not the Serbs. Just because a criminal like Mladic happened to be of Serb ethnicity, that does not make the Serbs (according to Miroslav) guilty.

You can count on one hand the number convicted for killing Serbs and in those cases all got very lenient sentences. While the others, the Tribunal had a revolving door policy, walk in the front door and out the back the same day.
There is no proof at all about the Malaysian craft since they can’t definitely show that the missile came from the Russians plus the same Bok system was also in the near vicinity under the Ukrainian control.
If your talking about the “Dutch investigation”. Well they tried the smoke and mirrors trick but the Russians put a stop to that. It was only to show how the Russians did it, but no real evidence. Much like the Sarajevo market bombing.
Its also interesting to note that the Ukrainians shot down a Russian passenger aircraft several years ago by mistake during military exercises. This occurred well before the current problems in Ukraine.

As far as I know the only place that has a copy of this report is in the UN, but not all reports are available on line. I guess you need to go to UN and make enquiries there.

Incidentally I quite agree. In order for such an Institution to survive into the 21st century such scholars and thinkers need to be present, especially at the top. ASAP. no, it was a report by the "Srebrenica Research Group", a conspiracy group who claim that Srebrenica was basically a hoax or at a minimum it was a minor event that was greatly exaggerated to be used as a pretext for USA to get involved in the wars.
There was an ex-UN official at one of the meetings and he may have written the foreword to one of their articles.
