Second, it's very basic logical thinking dear that even your brain should be able to process. If somebody killed Serb civilians like in world war 2, they would be, at least, 50 years old in 1995 and many of those executed in Srebrenica in 1995 were below the age of 50.

The approximate numbers agreed on by both the UN and RS/Serbia of deaths of ethnic Serbs from 1992-1995 around Srebrenica is 1000 of whom 350 were civilians.
Some guy made a list of 3000 names and provided it to the UN who tried to verify but could only verify original 1000 people. I believe this was because he just asked people to write down names of missing people but required no verification or evidence. His list contained people who emigrated, people who died in other parts of the country, mistakes, duplicates etc

She personally receives $20k/month from Bosnian tax payers, and her organization receives millions more from international groups. She's a scam artist. You should of seen the performance they put on yesterday the moment the cameras began flashing. The hysterical crying was almost on cue.
Now she wants to extort Serbia and RS. The "Mothers of Srebrenica" are the most organized and effective mafia family in Bosnia.
The Srebrenica Moslems were the ISIS of the Balkans. They attacked every Serb town and village in the vicinity of Srebrenica and slaughtered 3,500 men, women and children.
The reason why these armed cutthroats abandoned the town and left their wives and children in the safe hands of General Mladic remains a mystery. But that they did leave and they attacked and broke through Bosnian Serb defensive positions. A few days later thousands of heavily armed and battle-weary Moslem cutthroats from Srebrenica arrived safely in Tuzla and other Moslem-held towns.
As they broke-through Serb positions, they killed several hundred Bosnian Serb soldiers. Now considering the Serbs were dug-in and took defensible positions, one could reasonably assume that the Moslems sustained significant losses. But not according to this NATO/ISIS tribunal. Apparently the only Moslems killed were innocent civilians dragged off buses.

Good luck in suing lady. The ICTY is a tribunal, but a court is something very different. You will have no luck in Serbia while RS will ignore you or nay ruling the Izetbegovic court hands down while the International court will not even take up the case.
Perhaps if you take your case to the US they might help you out since they are as thick as a post they might have some difficulty in finding the location of Bosnia.

Well, the UN has said more than once that what occurred in Srebrenica was indeed genocide beyond any reasonable doubt. Since a certain "Aura" is a nobody compared to the UN, your opinion above can safely be ignored.
They were running to Tuzla. Know why they were running? Because they knew what they had done and they knew we would be seeking retribution.
The real difference being they were almost all combatants, while the mujahideen killed whoever they came across, often in the most brutal ways.

Perhaps Serbia and Republika Srpska should sue the "blue helmut" U.N. for allowing Muslim combatants to attack Serbs from a so-called "protected zone". They did not. The approximate numbers agreed on by both the UN and RS/Serbia of deaths of ethnic Serbs from 1992-1995 around Srebrenica is 1000 of whom 350 were civilians.
Some guy made a list of 3000 names and provided it to the UN who tried to verify but could only verify original 1000 people. I believe this was because he just asked people to write down names of missing people but required no verification or evidence. His list contained people who emigrated, people who died in other parts of the country, mistakes, duplicates etc

First of all, people are presumed innocent and "Sasa from Near Jagodina City" did not present any proof that all the thousands of people executed in Srebrenica killed Serb civilians.
Second, it's very basic logical thinking dear that even your brain should be able to process. If somebody killed Serb civilians like in world war 2, they would be, at least, 50 years old in 1995 and many of those executed in Srebrenica in 1995 were below the age of 50.
