They did have a vote and decided to stay in Canada, It came up a few times through the years and never had the support of the majority of the population. Unlike in Kosovo where 90% support independence in Quebec the closest it got was 49.4%.in 1995.
I can excuse Serbians for not knowing that since they were busy in Srebrenica in 1995 showing the world how they treat their neighbors. Maybe that had something to do with the reason the Albanian population didn't want to live as part of Serbia. English Canada never treated Quebec that way.

Because Canada does not have Generals and political leaders convicted of Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, jailed in the Hague, as does Serbia. Serbs, during the wars of the 1990's, have killed thousands of children and the elderly as well as committed rape on a massive scale, whereas Canadians are civilized and decent Human beings.
