Reacting to President Aleksandar Vucic's statement that the EU will ask Serbia to sign a legally binding document on normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, Joksimovic said that this does not mean recognizing Kosovo.

The signing of a legally binding document is envisaged by the Brussels agreement, she told RTS, Beta reported on Friday

Dear, Ms. Joksimovic,
I don't know whether you are dumb or you like playing one in front of the cameras.
In order for Brussels Agreement to be legally binding, it has to be ratified in the respective parlaments in Belgrade and Pristina.
While Pristina ratified it and is not an international agreement for them, the Supreme Court in Belgrade declared the Agreement a political document and not a legally binding one.
Hence, now, the EU ask YOU, Serbia, to ratify a legal one. They don't like been fooled or what to import another Cyprus problem in EU.
While they don't specifically don't ask for recognition, it is by default a de facto and de jure one if Serbia agree to legally have an bilateral agreement with Kosovo.
I thought Dacic was the clown on your government.

Exactly!!!
And the term legally binding was another way of helping "Serbia recognize The Republic Of Kosova sovereignty" without risking civil unrest in Serbia!!!

You are free to Interpret it any way you like miss's!

From day one, the ultimate goal is that Serbia has to recognize Kosovo as a independent country.THERE IS NO GETTING AROUND THIS, and for any Serbian politician to say otherwise is fooling himself and the Serbian people.

But the problem is that bye doing so, there is no end in sight regarding other EU demands which will postpone Serbia's entrance in EU. It is like a dog chasing its tail.
