Amazing, a former diplomat from the US speaking with common sense. Izetbegovic is asking for trouble, saying it's OK for "Kosova*** to secede but not OK for RS. Essentially repeating the double standards and hypocrisy coming from the West.

Mr Montgomery, it's called double standards. Preservation of Bondsteel is very important. Kosovo must stay at least under UN (sorry US) rule if not independent.
Something tells me that Montgomery already knows all this.

Wrong again dear. International law does not encompass declarations. However, it does cover the issue of separation from Serbia.
