NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says the alliance will not have military bases in Montenegro - unless it is invited by Podgorica.

NATO has bases in every country it occupies, Montenegro will be no different. These bases are used to threaten local puppet leaders and facilitate the movement of heroin into and through the occupied country. NATO controls the worldwide heroin trade starting at its poppy fields in Afghanistan and directly to addicts around the world through its network of 1000 bases. Montenegro is not a country, it is merely a warehouse for illicit drugs.

With a radical Russian backed state like Serbia in the immediate vicinity there is no other option!
The sooner Serbia is surrounded by
