Bet the EU never raises the issue. Its already told Croatia to shut up and and mind its own business. I believe the EU has an electronic signature of Kolinder Kitarovic so they have no need to ask Croatia to approve chapters for negotiation for Serbia's entry into the EU.

It is the US/EU who made Ukrainians choose and when things went bad, they could do nothing to help. The EU/US is also trying to make Serbia choose but we are not falling for that trap.
