As most of the crimes were committed by the Serbian government, I would expect more Serbs to be convicted.

Reconciliation is mainly the responsibilty of the separate communities or countries.

'Pillage' describes the act of stripping a conquered city or people of valuables. Serbian soldiers stole valuables from Albanian civilians before executing them. Plundering - They also stole from many of the houses after chasing the residents away. Raping - All sides did this but during the various wars it was the Bosnian Serb paramilitaries who were famous for it. It happened much less in Kosovo, but the perpetrators were again majority Serb soldiers and militas.
