Kosovo will "soon become part of UN" - says Pacolli

Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli has extended his congratulations on UN Day, saying also that Kosovo would "soon become a part" of that organization.

Pacolli will need more than a briefcase filled with Dollar banknotes to bribe Russia and China in the UNSC. We all remember his successful 'lobbying' for new recognitions in corrupt African countries or tropical island states from some years ago, which 'qualified' him as a foreign minister (according to Kosovo standards of politics).

But sorry, this 'briefcase method' won't work with big players.
