You posted a link to a report that makes no mention of any increased cancer rates in Kosovo and also says that the investigators found no evidence of DU levels over permittable levels in Kosovo.

Russia under USSR rule, and later Boris Yeltzin rule, politically ignored Serbs and the unjust attack on their homeland. We know that Russia's economy was horrible in early 1990s, but that's no excuse for them to allow others to violate international sovereignty of Yugoslavia that was protected by the UN charter, which Russia was and still is one of five permanent veto bearing members. Russia was politically ignorant again when NATO violated their own charter in February and April 1994 by bombing Serbs, which Russia did nothing to help their so-called Serb brothers politically.

This Serbian and Russian brotherhood is cultural, not political.

In fact, Russia's foreign minister faulted and condemned Serbs publicly after a Serbian tracked ambulance was bombed by an invading NATO jet in April 1994. Nor did Russia didn't any of the UN resolutions to bomb Serbs, nor veto any resolutions that removed Serbs and their land deeds from the Serbian homeland in 1995.

There may have been a time when Russia's government believed that they represented Russian culture, but they eventually felt their past wrong doings lately that they are not the cultural representatives of Russians, which is very evident online to any anthropologist at intel agencies. A paragraph sums from the report up the DU issue:

By the way not one of those recommendations have been implemented by the west.

The UN field work was done in 2000 just 12 months after cessation of hostilities and naturally there would be no evidence because it takes anywhere from 10 to 20 years for health problems to appear.

I only quoted it because the UN identified that DU material was dropped in Kosovo. Even then the report recommended further study to see effects on humans and environment. This was never followed up. There has never been a proper study in Kosovo about DU or its effects on the environment or people.

Russia under USSR rule, and later Boris Yeltzin rule, politically ignored Serbs and the unjust attack on their homeland. We know that Russia's economy was horrible in early 1990s, but that's no excuse for them to allow others to violate international sovereignty of Yugoslavia that was protected by the UN charter, which Russia was and still is one of five permanent veto bearing members. Russia was politically ignorant again when NATO violated their own charter in February and April 1994 by bombing Serbs, which Russia did nothing to help their so-called Serb brothers politically.

This Serbian and Russian brotherhood is cultural, not political.

In fact, Russia's foreign minister faulted and condemned Serbs publicly after a Serbian tracked ambulance was bombed by an invading NATO jet in April 1994. Nor did Russia didn't any of the UN resolutions to bomb Serbs, nor veto any resolutions that removed Serbs and their land deeds from the Serbian homeland in 1995.

There may have been a time when Russia's government believed that they represented Russian culture, but they eventually felt their past wrong doings lately that they are not the cultural representatives of Russians, which is very evident online to any anthropologist at intel agencies. Why would the Serbian Orthodox Church build a Church in Moscow or elsewhere in Russia for that matter when there are not enough of Serbs living there? If there were large numbers then the Russians would be more than happy to approve of such a structure.

The Russians do have one in Belgrade because after the Russian revolution a large number of Russians came to live in the then Kingdom of Yugoslavia at the invitation of King Alexander which justified the project.

Serbian Orthodox Churches don't attend only Serbs. There are many other nationalities and ethnicities who attend Serbian Orthodox Churhes including Russians.

A paragraph sums from the report up the DU issue:

By the way not one of those recommendations have been implemented by the west.

Now read the second attachment which gives greater detail of what has happened in Iraq in regard to DU and its effects on people there. Now if you join the dots you will find out that DU leads to cancers.

In fact in Kosovo the big issue in 2015 was Leukemia from areas where DU munitions were dropped by your loving US aircraft.

The reason why no mention has been made about affects of DU in Kosovo? Well do expect Thaci et al to mention it. In fact your Albanian leaders took great pains in covering it up since it was their liberators that did the dropping.

Unless your brain has stopped functioning completely, and I feel that has already happened, or you think that somehow there is a force field of freedom and democracy protecting Albanians against the effects of DU, then my original statement stands on the high cancer rates.

Neither of these shows that there are increased levels of cancer in Kosovo.
Neither of these shows that any cancers in Kosovo are caused by UD.

This does not mean that there is not increased cancer or no link/risk from UD but based on the evidence that you provided, I doubt that you could join the dots in a 5 year old's coloring book

There are around 15000 births per hour vs around 6400 deaths per hour worldwide which looks pretty healthy to me and those numbers would be far worse without western alliance the way it is now.

100% sure as I'm sitting here. Before NATO existence there were barely 2 billion people worldwide just because many current NATO members had bloody wars in between each other. Since NATO treaty was signed worldwide population simply exploded to almost 8 billion. But still it is not solution to be over 34 billion people on Earth. Anyway countries, who consider that many territories were stolen from them, make huge mistake by not joining to NATO treaty.

Right, so Serbia was also responsible for not allowing Iraq access to facilities they needed and that's why number of children suffering Cancer had increased so much.
The only thing responsible high increase in both cases of Cancer sufferers is DU.
If you had your way, Serbia would be blamed for climate change too.
