Serbs have been swearing in Pristina and other parts of Serbia for centuries. Serbs will continue to swear in Pristina, Serbia. A large part of the Serb population frequently swears.

Agreements reached in Brussels does include a swearing in ceremony but it does not mention Republic of Kosovo or allegiance.

sj,
Since there is to be a swearing in ceremony in Prishtina, as you state, to whom do you think the Serb judges and prosecutors will be pledging, Disneyland.

Oh the tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive.

Same claims about Kosovo Police. Here we are a few years later. Serbs sporting that Republik of Kosovo 🇽🇰 outfit like its nothing. Your opinion is relevant, they still gonna take the oath infront of President Thaqi and swear to uphold the Constitution and Laws of our young country.

Firstly, Serb judges do not have to take any oath relating to Kosovo not even the mention of the words Republic of Kosovo.
All the laws and rules were drafted EU legal experts. Do you think Brussels would allow troglodytes who still have revenge kills to write anything LOL?

Secondly, do you know the difference between a judge and a prosecutor? Get your facts right before trying to be smart. I did say trying.

It is really quite simple, if the Serb judges and prosecutors fail to take the oath swearing allegiance to the Republic of Kosova, they will forfeit their jobs. However, if they do swear allegiance, they will be required to obey the laws of the Republic of Kosova, otherwise, will face discipline up to and including prosecution.

Your’e such a simple people that I could sell you guys refrigerators if you lived on the North Pole.

Agreements reached in Brussels does include a swearing in ceremony but it does not mention Republic of Kosovo or allegiance. As far as losing their jobs, the Serb judges have failed to turn up or take an oath so when are they going to be sacked????? Keep on dreaming.

You do realize they are going to take the oath in front of the President of the Republik of Kosovo.

In the text of the oath it is said “I solemnly swear that in performing the duties as Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, I shall remain faithful to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and will perform the function of prosecutor with honor, responsibility and fairness, respecting the rules of professional ethics”.

exactly how is serbia to blame for this?

there doesn't seem to be any justification, just accusation, in this article.
there doesn't seem to be a reason for the judges' denial of taking the oath: perhaps there was a reason many might find valid.

we're not informed enough on this topic via this article. it would be nice if there was more information.

In 18-19 centuries during Serfdom in Georgia there always was one big problem. Georgian peasants were slaves to the Perian Kniazes while Ossetians living in the neighboring villages payed no one and obeyed no one. It was a big problem of the Georgian elites to explain their people why the Ossetians had such a priviledge. So every 30-40 years they launched bloody wars to put it an end. But the freedom loving Ossetians were always ready to die and stayed free as all other North Caucasians. They remebered their Mameluke ancestors and never yielded. By the way they returned home in 1517 like kings with their a-rab slaves. Situation with the Serbs remind me of those Ossetians to whom J.Stalin , the French Ludovics once belonged. Serbs too cannot suck and live as Slaves that irritates all their neigbors.
