According to the facts and data, every Yugoslav state that I checked had a much higher GDP per capita (at PPP) in 2015 then in 1990. The only one I did not check was Serbia. Is it Serbia you are referring to with your fact-free assessment that it "is far worse than during Yugoslavia time"?
