I am traveling all over the Balkan since late 70-s.

Regrading Serbo-Croatian, Macedonoian-Bulgarian and Albanian speaking parts of it: I wish, I wouldn't be married.

Regarding turkey: I like it grilled. The meat is somewhat dry, so use butter instead of oil. Heat up your kitchen appliance to the max, put the butter there, wait until it is melted. Than put the parts of the turkey. Nut much else is needed - the turkey itself is good as food. Just make sure, you do not over-grill it and not under-grill.

The wine which goes with this together is open for debate. Unfortunately I see a huge quality degradation in Hungary, Kosov@-Srbija, Croatia and even France. I prefer new world, mostly Argentina or Chile.

No Milosh Obilic /Kopil or Geirgevich Kastriatovic's in that room ,
