What happened yesterday is proof that Kosovo indeed is an integral part of Serbia. We must halt EU accession at once until the same standards that apply to Catalonia and Spain apply to Kosovo and Serbia. We need to fight this hypocrisy, this is the only logical way forward.

The problem is, Vucic wont go one step further and revoke Serbia's path towards the EU. Only when he does or threatens to do that, will Serbia be taken seriously. But I love it whenever someone rushes to explain how Crimea isn't Kosovo, not Catalonia isn't Kosovo. You just see the hypocrisy all over their faces. The West opened a pandora's box by recognizing Serbia's southern province as a country. They will keep losing their argument whenever something like this happens.

Kosovo did have a referendum long before any armed struggle, but it wasn't recognized as enough to have their independence accepted. So if Aleksandar Musliu is concerned about a referendum there it was, and it could be had again if he's still concerned.

False! Nato commenced bombing on March 24, 1999, however during 1998 the Serb military had displaced 230,000 Albanians in Kosova and burned 900 of their homes. The Serbs had committed at least 4 massacres, resulting in 1900 deaths PRIOR to the Nato bombing. It was after this violence that Nato bombed Serbia, but before that Milosevic had been warned approximately 30 times. By then Milosevic had discovered he was indicted for War Crimes, hence, he choose to let Serbia be bombed rather than turn himself in to the Hague.
