This man Ivica most likely has more brains than your whole clan combined. Besides, if I were an Albanian, I wouldn't touch a subject regarding brain power with a 20 foot pole, never mind a ten foot one.
Unfortunately for Serbia, they are humiliated each time they must negotiate with the Republic of Kosova. It burns Serbs to no end when they must sit across the negotiations table from Kosova and grovel to gain membership to the EU, knowing they have to eventually recognize Kosova in order to achieve their most critical of goals.
US, Germany, France and everybody can recognize you, but until Srbija does, you will have nothing!!!!

Assuming that you are correct that Serbia has been designated as the global authority which grants recognitions and anything to anybody, what is your proposal of compromise under which Serbia grants recognition?

Until Srbija recognizes you, there will be no hope for your youth. You cannot eat the Olympics, or the "international bank", or FIFA...they will not feed you! The youth of "Kosova", like any other youth, want to WORK and earn for their families, like any other normal generation. US, Germany, France and everybody can recognize you, but until Srbija does, you will have nothing!!!! The truth is that last time Kosovo almost made it in UNESCO. They only needed a couple more countries to vote for them, and they likely have those votes now. To enter UNESCO you do not need 2/3 of all members to vote. You only need 2/3 of the Yes and No votes. Last time some countries that recognize Kosovo either abstained or were absent. There is no guarantee that those countries will not vote Yes this time around. They do not need much, just 2 or 3 more. 5 maximum.
Pacolli didn't sound very convincing. Being late for their application, needing to introduce new laws and withdrawing from Interpol. Looks like the west has more important things to do instead of trying to prop up a failed quasi entity. The steam has run out while Serbia's friends are getting stronger and more determined. The US has done enough damage to the world with their half baked ideas. No independence... better to focus on more than autonomy, less than independence. It is the only option.
