based on facts Serbian population is from fat more educated than Albania + Serbia infrastructure is from far better than the one from Albania .

That is Romanian new prediction , in octomber IMF will show forecast , our prediction of gdp per capita 9600 euro is based on economical grow of +6,5% this year and 5,7% next year
