I think Djukanovic is planning to replace the cross with the cash sign, a Nazi Swastika or maybe even the Greater Albania or USA flag !!!

I'm sure the Sahat (time) tower has some kind of Albanian origin anyway.

Sahat Kulla, or the Clock Tower in English, it was built as military fortification by Ottomans. It was never a Church property. It's ridiculous that the Church is demanding it's symbol occupying it illegally for hundred years be returned.
The issue are not the sensitivity of the Church or the Mosque , but who owns that building. If owned by the city, the city of Podgorica decides whether to put a Cross, Moon or simple nothing at all....or maybe something matching the name like a clock.
Whether the cross is on that tower or not, that doesn't make Montegrins Christian Orthodox.
