The Russians and Serbians will not tell us exactly when the planes will arrive. There are lots of Devils around who may wish to stop that delivery. The planes may already be in Serbia but they are being assembled. Wise countries keep some things close to their chests. Foolish countries tell the world everything on Twitter.

Looks like the Russian Center in Nis will be receiving the diplomatic status they are asking for. Vucic is always talking about neutrality, well if the US has Camp Bondsteel, then give the Russians a military base in Serbia also. This would satisfy Serbia's neutrality doctrine. If Serbia were to let the Nis center transform into a military base, it would become a nuclear power in Europe. Kosovo would be back to its rightful owners, Republika Srpska and Montenegro would reunite and there we have it folks. All it takes is a Russian base, but no, let the f***ing politicians ruin it for all of us.
