Serbs are being softies - not jailing for illegal trespassing and cutting of trees and stealing.
That is why Albanians take advantage.
Aren't there any forests in Kosovo for them to cut?

"Tractors don't cut down trees," the Kursumlija Basic Prosecution explained - instead - this is done by using "the chainsaws that have been seized."
No, but tractors transport the wood that is cut so they are an accessory to the "crime" so there is something fishy going on here. One possibility is that the Serbian police there is easily corrupted and close an eye on this. Another possibility is that there is some kind of agreement, maybe they are paying for the timber. There must be a motive that the police there is so "lax". Great topic for an investigation.

Born a thief, always a thief, the mission and value statement of an Albanian Gypsy. I wonder if they every recovered George Bush's watch stolen by Albanians. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=george+bush+watch+stolen&&view=detail&mid=35556795DB9439C1DFB935556795DB9439C1DFB9&&FORM=VDRVRV

Lock them up for at least 7 days, impose a draconian fine and seize all their equipment. Word would soon get around that the police mean business. Or haven't they got the balls to punish these thieves properly.
