They show two guys sitting in a park and the caption is they are conspiring to assassinate the PM of Montenegro. This is more comedy than reality.

Lets get this straight. If a government wants someone dead, they don't send their agents to a park in a third country to plot it out. Also, if a country with a strong intelligence service wants someone dead, then it follows that there is very little a person can do, beyond hiding in a cave to delay it. Nobody wants Milo dead. Nobody cares if a country of 600,000 is going to join an alliance that already dominates the entire surrounding region. Its silly. In the case of Vichy France, the war crimes are the other way around. The British Navy blockaded the French Navy and committed one of the worst naval atrocity during the war destroying French Naval ships docked killing thousands of French naval personnel. The British Navy is also complicit with war crimes against the German Battleships Bismarck and Tirpitz but the British navy price paid a high price as well with the sinking of the Hood.

Its funny how Hitler was repaid back for allowing the British ships to escape Dunkirk while the British Navy was not as merciful.

I do not understand Montenegro's stance? The church I attend is a mixture of Serbs from Serbia proper, Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro. The Montenegrins regard themselves as Serbs from Montenegro. The question is, if the majority of Montenegro are Serbs (Montenegrins who call themselves Serbs from Montenegro) then who the f**k keeps Djukanovic and his lackeys in power? Surely it's not the albos because they are not the majority. I guess the US succeeded in pitting Serb against Serb.

I have news for you, when Montenegrins are not among Serbs they deny they are Serbs. It's as if they are ashamed to be considered Serb. Strange but true!

What exactly outs them as failed assassins?
The shifty look on their faces? The fact that they had a photo taken in Serbia sitting on the bench which is really, really suspicious?
Who knows what these two were doing in Serbia on that day. They might've been enjoying their holiday.
