Serbian PM Ana Brnabic has told Albania's Oranews broadcaster that Serbia will not recognize the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo, RTS is reporting.

Funny because in Serbian language articles she said "we have excellent relations with Albania". Is she talking about the same Albania that daily says "Serbia should recognize Kosovo"?
