Minorities have 20 seats from which 10 have Serbs.
If all other minorities vote pro we still need 3-4 serbs to join the rest not one as Sputnik states in its article.
Kosovo Army will be formed when Serbia will order Serbs in Kosovo to vote yes.
It will happen during next deals that Serbian and Albanians will reach in Brussel.

It needs 2/3 of minorities and 2/3 of Kosovo Parliament.
Minorities have 20 seats from which 10 have Serbs.
If all other minorities vote pro we still need 3-4 serbs to join the rest not one as Sputnik states in its article.
Kosovo Army will be formed when Serbia will order Serbs in Kosovo to vote yes.
It will happen during next deals that Serbian and Albanians will reach in Brussel.
