1,000 refugee children expected to start school in Serbia

There are currently about 1,000 refugee children of school age, most of whom will start school in this country on September 1, along with their Serbian peers.

What does serbia have to do with refugees from these countries? Why are these refugees allowed to stay here? Who the hell is rados djurovic? who is funding this ngo organization?
