A lot of if's, maybe's and could's.
You sure managed writing a lot without actually making one single point.
As soon as you take your first step outside there is a risk to get punched in the face; how do you handle those situations without being a doctor?

A modern society takes care of the weak, it is inclusive. So yes, by promoting exclusion you can be taken as "unhuman and racist".

You're not fooling anyone you're an Albanian with that fake nickname of yours. And if by any chance you are _biologically_ an Albanian, try changing your nick to Pashe Toptani or something similar.

See, and this happens at court when a country has no functioning rule of law.
Not to talk about the totally discriminatory public transportation system. Try Belgrade in a wheelchair!

What the hell are you talking about??

Sorry, I was cutting it obviously too short.
It´s about inclusion and in this field is Serbia far behind. (saw some nice exceptions at a local Maxi market! Chapeau!)
And if the Civil Aviation Directorate is in the same hand as the airline - means government - there is no institution which will listen to your complains. That's meant by rule of law. Whether you are well known or not. Who is the new ombudsman anyway?

To cut it even shorter: How many handicapped people do you see in public every day? By statistics that should be 15% of the population. Awareness is missing. And leading to this wrong reactions.

Have you ever seen an autistic child “go off”? I have and its not very nice and it certainly is a safety issue on an aircraft.

Some autistic children are great, others are a nightmare. The western geniuses shoved all these children in local schools which, for some, is not a place for them. When they want something and its not given they have to be physically restrained. Try that one at 10,000 meters in the sky.

When safety is concerned you make no exceptions. If a parent cannot control the behavior of their child, they should not be permitted on an airplane.

You're
CONFLATING different issues WtH.
1.What court?
2.Airline policy/law of the land
3.Accessibility for the physically disabled everywhere

Why do you do it?

@WtH It is true that our countries need to do more and more for our citizens with special needs, I agree with you and apologize if my comment sounds a little bit like unhuman and racist. But my fear here is that if obliged to sit next to an autistic boy in a flight, I dont know how to react because im not a doctor. He could punch me in my face and I would let him do that because i understand he has some problems. But that wouldnt be fair to him either and he also deserves a decent flight when maybe specialized doctor or prepared hostess sit next to him. Lets laugh a little bit now :) Try to travel tirana in wheelchair and you'll find yourself on a tree or on the road and your chair smashed from luxury cars driven by new yuppies!!

I dont see any fault on Air Serbia's side here. First, the family of the famous historian should have declared to the agency the situation of this autistic boy, and should have done it in proper time so flight authorities would have taken all necessary measures. Maybe they didnt want to pay more and hoped that since his father is a famous historian, flight authorities would have him let go. And what if I were a passenger sitting next to this guy? I dont pay my ticket and flight agencies and then endure the whole flight fearing the worst from this unlucky guy. So there are also rights of the other passengers to a peaceful and decent flight. Otherwise if we go on like this and crying only on the rights of special needs passengers, time will come when psychos and depressed people will be allowed to be pilots, like that german pilot who crashed the plane and then was discovered he was under cure for depression and mental problems.
