Serbian teacher deported from China for drug use

A Serbian man who worked as a teacher in Shenzhen city, southern China's Guangdong Province for the past year, has been deported for taking drugs.

Why))
The Chinese government deported him back to Serbia.
In the USA ,he would be lockup in prison ,sitting rotting, waiting for a trial .After ,he finishes his sentence in prison,then he would be deported ,back to Serbia.
