Serbia is neutral - but reliable partner to NATO - PM

Ana Brnabic told the Summit of the US-Adriatic Charter (A5) in Podgorica that Serbia is a military neutral country, committed to cooperating with all partners.

'Serbia is neutral' is okay. However... 'but reliable partner to NATO' is far from according to the principle and also to the text of the article. IMO it should be 'UN', not 'NATO'.
