That is a great decision if you're American and want to win wars. Transgenders can't make decisions so one day they want to wear pants and a beard, then the next day they want to wear skirts and lipstick. LOL.
We Serbs want transgenders in the US Army so it can be less effective and so the majority normal soldiers can be distracted by their stupidity/abnormality and take casualties in battle as a result.
