European Human Rights Court decision doesn't apply to Serbia

I don't think Serbia should allow them to stay endlessly. If countries upstream reject them the migrants should be sent back to the country they entered into Serbia from. That would mainly be Bulgaria, an EU country.
The migrants should register and wait in the first EU country they arrive in to see if any other EU country will accept them, if not, they should be returned to Turkey or their homeland.
The vast majority aren't even Syrian, but others taking advantage of the Syrian war and displacement.

Serbia has nothing to do with any wars started by the US and UK and should not have anything to do with the consequences of that war either.

Even as I write this, ill intentioned people in Serbia are working hard to enable people who just walked into it to buy and own land all over the countryside. Know this and warn your friends out of selling, the offers made for Serbian land will not be isolated and are intended to populate southern parts of central Serbia by non-Serbs and create another demographic division as happened in Kosovo after WW2. Resist.
