Special court for KLA crimes expected to raise indictments
After last week's completion of the adoption of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers are ready to, as of today, start work.
Serbia when are you going to set up your special courts for the Albos, Cros, Bosnjaks, Nato and mercenaries from other countries that commited war crimes.
The court, established in the Kosovo Assembly, has been created to deal exclusively with war crimes committed by the KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army").
Wait a minute, icj1, the Serb-Hater, said that this court was established to prosecute ALL crimes in Kosovo including Serb crimes against Albanians. Hmmm, could the Serb-Hater icj1 be lying again?
