If Serbia placed sanction to Russia it would be over in UN for Kosovo, Russia would accept Kosovo as a country at the same time.
Serbia can be placed in very hard place, place sanctions on Russia or stop integration in EU. Only hope is that Russia situation is solved before that is placed in Serbias lap.
