"Serbia could open more chapters at end of year"

The foreign minister of Estonia, which on July 1 took over the six-month EU presidency, expects Serbia to open new chapters at the end of the year.

What have I been saying? More chapters before the end of this year. Brussels knows that Serbia will not abandon trade agreements with Russia or China nor will it adopt sanctions against Russia plus it will not recognize and independent Kosovo. And yes Kosovo can only come as a region of Serbia.
