Impressive platitudes Bob but whichever way you look at it that court is a nest of marsupials and that's obvious from the majority of names that have been acquitted, as well as the huge number of names conveniently missing from the original indictments.

Well that kind of solves that problem.

On the other hand, it removes the option for any future Serbian political to elect to do the right thing by sending that individual to The Hague.

As for Zoran's comment - the good thing about these trials has been how the message that war murderers can be held to account is now established. International law has to work more as a disincentive for the kinds of wickednesses that happened in a Bosnia etc.. The fact that evidence has been documented for future generations to read is important, and if the trials themselves are to be questioned, it has to be in the context of a review of their findings when they have been able to do their job fully.

Serbia should have returned these people to The Hague - this should be treated as a judicial matter with full due process rather than as a political matter hamstringing the court's activities.

Based on this guys testimony, we can see how dirty the Hague operates. They try to bribe and threaten fake witnesses to get fake testimonies and this was exposed in Milosevic's trial. Good that this person resisted and had the opportunity to expose the Hague for what it really is.
