The border police in eastern Bosnia-Herzegovina have arrested Enes Mesic, a radical Islamist and a former member of Islamic State.

Where was he born - Bosnia, Serbia or other place? Wonder if he's any distant relative to Stipe Mesic, the former Croatian politician.
Also, authorities are being very soft on him because he was sentenced for another criminal act back in October 2016, but hasn't been put in jail. So it looks like nothing is really done to keep them from roaming free after committing crimes.
