The other ex Yugoslavian states would counter sue Serbia, as would NATO for ethnic cleansing and war crimes. You can't win in this scenario because you started the wars. It would be like Germany suing everyone else for WW2.

Calls for rationality and research are always good. In Serbia, and the region, I am afraid they fall often into deaf ears. If Serbia's politicians followed models of establishing facts through scientific processes, the region would be much better today. What is followed instead is mythology and tales.

Nazi Germans would have a better chance at compensation than Serbia that attacked Slovenia,Croatia,Bosnia and Kosova.

This frivolous lawsuit is a joke just like the He Serbs are the joke of Europe.

Of course they did, all you have to do is look at the German, Croatian and other Nazi European populations in Argentina, Paraguay and other South American countries who escaped justice. Blieburg was a blip in the map of the retribution that should have been sought against these Nazi war criminals. Tito was forced to use the UDBA and secret police to kill some of the USTASE only because they were a threat to his power in Yugoslavia murdering Yugoslav diplomats.
