The EU is pushing its enlargement policy into the background; strengthening of the front toward Russia and of investors' interests will follow in the Balkans.
It is not happening....Serbs are coming back to Kosovo...sooner or later...but they are coming back...to take what is rightfully theirs and nothing can stop them!!

First Serbia needs money and helpsfrom Eu and Us, secondly from Tadic to Vucic they are all under American supervision, they don't control anything in Serbia, tertio their a decision to be taken very soon Russia or Ue and Nato, my answer is Eu and Nato very soon, quarto Kosovo is lost, quinto Serbian economy has been under DSK control means Eu and Us, then for me the game is over. Today Serbs doesn't know where they are, they want to leave the American system and keep their values, that is not possible in that case, you can never seat between 2 chairs, you have to choose only one.
Sevim Dagdelen, a person completely unknown, with absolutely no influence in Germany, is being portrait here as somebody who has influence, can make decisions, has something to say in Germany's politics. That might be your charter that states those weird things you wrote. The UN charter ALWAYS requires the votes of the 5 permanent members of the UNSC (or abstention). Serbia's vote is as relevant as, say, Zimbabwe's.
Funny thing is the Serbs are doing quite well without EU membership, the GDP and economic data suggests growth on all fronts, whilst Kosovo has become a total sh$t hole. Corrupt government, high unemployment with little job prospects and zero foreign investment. Good work Albanians.
