Roads aren't rocket science.

This is the same Bulgaria that had to return tens of millions of € to Brussels because it is so corrupt it cannot even put together a project from A to Z?

I disagree. As an example, the infrastructure of Bulgaria and Romania, who are in the EU, has vastly improved over the last decade. It is much better than in Serbia.

If you ARE a politically and financially corrupt nation, and intends to continue to comport yourself like that, and find yourself in the EU — you might find yourself struggling of course

I can see the Germans wanting Pomerania, Brandenberg-Prussia, Mecklenberg, Saxony and Silesia back.
