What did the Serbs already forget about the Trepça mine/complex? What about the association?

There is, in fact, no Serb List as the Serbs in Kosova are fragmented.
It is a deal breaker for negotiations if Serbia thinks it can prevent the forming of the Republic of Kosova Army. The U.S. is strongly in favor of such an Army and it will be created with the firm support of the EU and NATO. The events of 1999 prove the need for such an Army and the logic behind it is irrefutable.
