What have I been saying all along? That Moscow is pulling the strings. It was Moscow that gave Dodik the green light to hold the last referendum, and it will be Moscow which will tell Dodik when to hold the next one. Bakir Izetbegovic can threaten all he likes but when the time comes he will crawl back into his hole and keep very quiet.
