Albanian services provided by government in places where Albanians may not be a majority. Example- Translators in hospitals etc. So the option to have the same service in Albanian as they have in Slavic. This does not mean that everything should be printed in two languages ( although I don't see why not). It means that if some person finds him/herself in a Macedonian dominated area the option to receive services in Albanian is there. Ideally, those who would understand Albanian would be fluent in both languages but if they're not, someone shouldn't have to risk misdiagnosis because they may not be fluent in Macedonian for example.

Zaev is a born lier and criminal, the rest of his cabinet are not different from ex KLA killers down.
Intresting to see if he will be able to keep this flimsy coalition together is there is no Tirana platform implementation like he Promised to Ivanov and all of Macedonia! I really wish someone would just take him out! He is and will be a Embarrassment to Macedonia on a global level.

Marko it's not a shqiptar project and they are only one of the tools. In a way they are victims too only it's not seen yet. Balkans is the place where international law has died and where new experiments are made now to be implemented worldwide. It was here that an independent country was torn into peaces without UNSC sanctions. It was here that 46 MPs without a referendum pulled their country to NATO. i don't see why Greece should negotiate anything with FYROM. Why should Greece negotiate its history with a bunch of Bulgarian speaking Slavs. its them that have the problem not us. Macedonia is a Greek word. 100% of all ancient Macedonia falls within Greece. all ancient Macedonians spoke Greek. all ancient Macedonian inscriptions and coins are written in Greek.
